We will strive to be the Vendor of choice by offering Value to our Customers through Quality, delivery, and overall service.
Value's vision is as a team, and in partnership with our Customers, Employees and Suppliers to continue to serve in the Tooling business segment, where the products we produce are appreciated for their value and high quality. This is a challenge, considering the high expend Quality in the products we produce. At the same focusing on continuous improvement by expanding our use of training, lead-time reduction and other such programs. These efforts will help us grow as our Customers grow and to continue to better serve them so we can sustain our Valued Partnerships.
Value is also looking at ways to expand its group of companies into other areas of expertise and manufacturing so we can be of better value to our Customers. Some of these areas include Engineering services, Electronics, Injection molding, and Assembly and Test. We are creating a relationship with a couple of Universities to establish a skilled training program so we can maintain a valued workforce.
We are always looking for ways to help our Customers help their Customers and that is the real purpose and vision of the Value group of Companies. Not just through expansion and added capacities, but through innovation and training.

Value's Mission Statement
Value's overall commitment and service to its Customers has always been focused on producing quality products on time. Over the past few years we have achieved several quality objectives by documenting and defining our systems. This has allowed us to become ISO registered. We have met the documentation and traceability requirements of our Customers.
Value Continues to take on new challenges by setting in place new equipment, software and machining strategies that will be apparent to most. The most important things we will implement are the changes in our Quality system and the way we perceive it. Today we see our Quality system as an inspection and Data collection function. Over the next year we will also learn to use it as a measuring system. If we are to be of a true value to our Customers we must be able to measure the effectiveness of our system and what we do.
Training, Equipment, Processes, Procedures, Environment, and Tooling, to name a few, that we use to produce our products, determine the quality of those products. In order to improve the quality we must be able to measure how these areas affect the outcome, and this will be the Quality departments responsibility.
Measurability of our system will continue to determine the areas that need improvements. These improvements are the instrument of our future growth.
Training will also be a priority of everyone. Value has developed job skills and levels guidelines, these will help us and the employees determine what skills and training are required. It is the expectation that everyone will participate in this program, either by seeking the training required to achieve higher skill levels, and at the same time help train those in the lower levels. This is not only for self improvement, but for the overall improvement of our Company.
As we continue to grow and we realize the needs of our Customers, we understand they are willing to form strategic partnerships with those willing to give them quality products with more value. We at Value want to be that valued supplier and by accomplishing the above goals on top of what we have already achieved, I truly believe we can.
